Belay & Safety Refresher Session is a focused, instructor-led event designed for climbers who want to revisit and reinforce essential belay skills and safety practices. Whether it’s been a while since your last certification or you simply want extra confidence, this session provides a thorough review in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
The session covers both top rope and lead belay fundamentals, emphasizing proper technique, communication, and partner checks. Coaches guide participants through hands-on practice, identify common mistakes, and offer practical tips to improve efficiency and awareness while belaying.
This refresher is ideal for climbers returning after a break, preparing for lead climbing, or partnering with someone new. Safety is the foundation of every great climb, and this session helps ensure that foundation is solid.
